Well, I've been meaning to do this for a while because there's very little that I find at all appealing about IJ and most of my friends and communities reside in LJ-land so I am now offically closing this as a personal journal. (I've had a couple of issues about censorship here. I don't like being told what I can say on my own journal. *lol* And if IJ were someplace I spent time, I'd be having a bit of a hissy fit but since it's not...eh.)
All that will be found here will be my fiction, fandom and original. For those who read it and mostly, to have a back-up. Anyone that writes really should. :)

He is so beautiful. No. Really. The camera does Scotty absolutely no justice, whatsoever. I am so in love with that man. hallmansl and I were so happy to finally meet him. We first caught a glimpse of him during "Conversations..." and then got to see him later in the evening.

I so love you, Emo Justin.
Specifically, I love Season 3 Episode 8 Emo Justin who listens to Emo music and sits in his bedroom, chain smoking cigerattes in his own fabulous Emo style while praying to the Holy Fringe Lamp God to show him the way.
*snort*
Who doesn't love him in those scenes? I remember giggling the first time I saw the episode cause he was so cute in his Emo-ness. Even if at first I was slightly annoyed that he seemed to be upset over Ethan (and thank you, writing God that chose to end that wrongful conclusion so quickly), I still wanted to pat his pretty Emo-blonde head.
Oh, Emo-Justin...
Yes. Guess what I'm watching. *grins*
This and Season 3 Episode 14 are my favorites of that season. (Well, 314 is my #1 fave as well...). What was your favorite episode, scene, moment in Season 3?

So I have a bit of the non-sleeping bug, which as some of you know, I am very well acquinted with so I decided I wanted to squee about tonight's fantastic episode of Torchwood. This second series has proved to be a hundred times better than the last, which is really saying alot. Very few spoilers really as I don't talk about plot lines (except in general terms) so much as reaction and performances. However behind LJ-cut it will go just in case.

All around it was a GREAT episode and I hope a good lead into the next one which seems to be focused ALOT on Owen and Ianto. Woot!
It also seems to have inspired me some in the writing department...yay!
Anyway...off I go to do...something. :)

It's one of those things I don't think about often because he rarely makes movies, though when he does he is just outstanding in them, so he is not in my sphere alot. And -- he embodies his characters so fully that I forget the man behind the mask is just such a wonderful human being. His sensitivity and thoughtfulness and humility...they really come across whenever I hear him speak. I forget sometimes...
And then he does something to make me remember why I love him so.
Daniel Day-Lewis dedicates SAG award to Heath Ledger.
It's one of the most moving speeches I've ever heard and I wish the world was filled with more Daniels.

I love PBS and Masterpiece Theatre for their genius idea of having a Jane Austen marathon of sorts...cause it's actually weekly rather than hourly...with all the movies made from her books. AND they have the three newest made remakes for Persuasion, Mansfield Park, and Sense and Sensibility. They also have the Northanger Abbey, Emma and of course Pride and Prejudice Colin Firth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mr Darcy....*swoon*

I just love the way Jane managed to write strong women who still retained feminity without falling into places or attitudes that made them weak. *sigh*
